Site coverage in GRZ2 is limited to 40%, and may limit the options I can for the build. My favourite design will use up to 48-50% of site coverage (one dwelling, single storey), and is over the limit. Would love to hear experiences negotiating dispensation from Banyule, as it does constrain the range of options for the land.
