Have only looked at 1 so far. The biggest problem I'm seeing : how to decide on a company ? Obviously, their build qualities will differ, inclusions will differ, etc......so I know at the outset I won't be able to compare 'apples with apples'. But I guess what I'm asking of you out there is : What questions should I be asking myself to determine if a builder makes the shortlist ? But... this is HorseTraylia, PC land of over-regulations and nanny laws to swaddle you in comfort. Different builders "shouldnt" (in theory) actually differ, insofar as meeting minimum standards.
