Every a couple of months, I have to loosen the clamps to one of the panel on the balcony and prop it back up before tightening it. In any event you should ring the manufacturer I strongly advise. Grease may be a factor but doesn't sound like it. Also please take great care if the balcony floor level is far above the ground. It is on the first floor, so I try and not to loosen the clamps too much (in case the glass panel falls off), just enough to prop it back up and tightened. It started happening to another panel on the balcony too now. Perhaps it's weather related? Balcony is exposed Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that.
