Talk to a house mover. Will cost you 40K minimum. You can buy a kit home for that. 2. Talk to your council. they have particular requirements, and substantiAL BOND demands. 3. You wont be able to shift an old house into a new brick estate. as bashworth said, they usually have developer covenants to keep them out. If you arent doing any of the work yourself, you wont save any money over building from new.
