Hi everyone!
My partner and I are young first home buyers with our eyes on a particular fixer-upper in Melbourne - it's an old, quite small, single-story two-bedroom brick house, basically untouched since it was built in the 1930s. We've been told the drainage system needs to be totally replaced. We were expecting this kind of thing so it's no surprise but we're also very new to this and I was just wondering if anyone knew even roughly how much we might expect to pay? I realise it's going to vary, but a ballpark figure would be ace if anyone has had a vaguely similar experience.
Thanks heaps!
