The contractors building my house have damaged it and its now pretty badly cracked with a hole in it. Who is ultimately responsible for this damage? and also will this affect me getting my bond from council back? We paid a $1,500 bond which I believe was to cover damage to their infrastructure, such as gutters etc. Not sure if this covers the Telstra pits? Cheers!! Re: Damaged Testra pit on nature strip... Because the damage was on the council verge (by only 20cm no less) they came and repaired it free of charge. Not sure how the bond works council wise though sorry Re: Damaged Testra pit on nature strip...
