I have a question regarding the Telstra pits that can be found at the front of some houses. The contractors building my house have damaged it and its now pretty badly cracked with a hole in it.
Who is ultimately responsible for this damage?
and also will this affect me getting my bond from council back? We paid a $1,500 bond which I believe was to cover damage to their infrastructure, such as gutters etc. Not sure if this covers the Telstra pits?

Our phone line had been ripped out of the telstra box by the contractors who installed the fence a few years ago. Because the damage was on the council verge (by only 20cm no less) they came and repaired it free of charge. Not sure how the bond works council wise though sorry

You have paid for a new kitchen, not a touched up one. Ask them to re do the damaged panels and correct their poor workmanship. This should not be too hard for them.
