Browse Forums General Discussion Re: LASH clip tiling system 3Nov 26, 2015 8:30 pm Beetaloo I tried it but did not like using them. I found that the white T-pieces pushed the tiles away from each other but I am not a professional tiler so I may have been doing something wrong. In my opinion the best solution is to start with a perfectly flat floor (if necessary apply a levelling screed) and use premium tiles (i.e. tiles without any twist or warp in them). This should help eliminate lippage. Thanks. I have decided not to proceed as the price difference is only $500 between clips and screed, so not much saving for us. 23/06/2014 - Paid deposit 21/07/2014 - ordered the survey and tender 13/08/2014 - soils test sample taken 14/08/2014 - survey done today 30/08/2014 - Pre-color consultant aptmnt Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering. Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq.
