Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 07, 2015 9:16 am Hi all, I am currently building out in the Swan Valley on a block that has some clay in it (S class with C2 detail). I need to think about my storm water disposal. I do not think that soak wells are appropriate due to the clay content as the water won't leach away. I am thinking of an under flow system that uses tanks with a pipe at the bottom that runs off into the council pit at the front. Basically any water that comes in, should flow straight out, if there is heavy flow, then it will back up in the tanks and flow out in due course. I would be interested to know what other people in this situation have done. Thanks!
