I am aware that the house most likely contains asbestos so I don't plan to do any major works on the place as I don't think it would be worth it in the long run. I just want to make it livable and patch it up a bit so it will last me a while longer and it gets me started. The old brick cladding has gaps in it all round where moisture can seep in. I plan to fill the gaps and was wondering what would be best to use, is no more gaps enough or do I need a specialist product?.
