Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 11, 2008 3:43 pm Hi everyone,
Does anyone know any good fencing company in the point cook area or even if they are in another suburb but are ready to service us in point cook? Another question that i hope most of you who have already gone through this can give me some advice on: What's the process to contact the neighbour and inform them of fencing estimates? How do you get the neighbours contact details? Are they obliged to share the costs even if they are not building at the same time as us? Thanks in advance for your feedback. also Dreamhome, how is your landscape plan (front yard), have you done it yourself or have a landscaper to do it? I though most estates in Point Cook provides for fencing for uniformity? I'll ask our neighbour here.. they recently installed front fencing and it looks good. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Built the Nevada 42 Next project - landscaping! Thanks for your replies. VJ - It would be great if you could ask your neighbour.. Thanks.. Our estate's design guidelines are as follows: All boundary paling fences must be timber capped with timber posts exposed to both sides of the fence. Does it cost more to have timber posts exposed both sides? Hi Claego, I don't have a landscape plan yet, i am not sure if we will get a professional landscaper or i'll do it myself. I think i will give it a go for the plan and see what i can come up with, if it doesn't work out i will get a landscaper. How about you?
