They did us a pretty good deal and they can do laying for $20 per square metre. We ended up getting them to do it cos we are hopeless at DIY and they did a marvellous job. Their quotes were very competitive and they have an excellent reputation for workmanship. What you have to look out for is that some flooring suppliers will outsource the laying/sanding to independent contractors, so if there is a problem with the workmanship you can't just go back to the supplier. I know that Perth Timber Flooring do the whole job "in house", so you won't have a problem with this.
