I am in the process of building a 2 storey house which has bathrooms (ensuite with a shower, and bathroom with shower and bath) on the upper floor. Unfortunately, my previously builder who contracted a tiler to do the waterproofing had gone bust. I have since moved on with another builder to finish the job and am now getting close to the final inspection. However, I was told I need to have some kind of certification for the waterproofing and this is something that I dont have.
