I have had a dreadful morning trying to stop my our trampoline from becoming airborne!
During the high winds at easter we returned from holidays to discover that our trampoline had take flight and knocked down our new fence. Then this morning my husband glanced out the window and saw that it had blown against the back fence. We went out and heaved it down, then moved it to a more sheltered location. Twenty minutes later it was halfway over the back fence. I had to hold onto it while my husband came down and I thought I was going to take off like Mary Poppins.
This is a 13 foot round trampoline with enclosure so it's no lightweight - I can't even budge it on my own. It has been completely bent and broken and will need to be replaced.
Does anyone have any similar experience and perhaps a solution to keeping the next one on the ground? My husband thinks we could use guy ropes and pegs - I think they use something like that on jumping castles.
Thanks
