Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 19, 2015 9:15 pm We are doing our own flooring for living and bedrooms so our selection for tiles in wet area is limited to Silver range at Beaumonts. We checked out Beaumonts and don't like most of the the silver options and have actually chosen nearly all gold range and rectified for wet areas. Beaumonts gave me a rough estimate on extra costs but cant tell me a firm price on how much the upgrade cost or the extra cost to lay rectified tiles until our final tile appointment however I need to know if we have the budget prior to final selection. They said allow $!0 psqm for the upgrade and $30 to lay I'm trying to work out how many square M of tiles are in the wet areas and based on my calculations it comes in at between 85 - 90 square M however this is nearly as much the living areas so not sure if my maths is out. Has any one with a Daydream 30 with the Hollywood style ensuite and know how many square M are in the wet areas including wall tiles? The plan is the same as the one in this thread I believe: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76386 Re: Coral Daydream 30 Wet area square metre total 2May 19, 2015 9:21 pm i cant really see the numbers great on my phone but times the length by width. Also take into account if the tiles go up the wall. When i got no time to sit at the computer. I use tapatalk. Coral Daydream 30 Wet area square metre total 3May 20, 2015 9:03 am Do it wall by wall and floor. So for example say it'll be 2100h worth of tiles and the wall is 4m in length which is 8.4m2 for that wall only, then do the other walls and then the floor. Probably an easier way to do it but that's how I like to do it. Your maths is probably correct, I'm using my phone aswell but from the numbers I think I could see correctly, I did a very, very rough estimate which puts that ensuite bathroom at nearly 30-40m2 worth of tiles CDC Housing Code 3 When to apply Floor Area external face of wall vs Gross Floor Area internal face of wall.
