I wanted to buy some paint for hobby work (colouring saw dust to make flock; painting timber etc), and saw that per litre the fence paints are much cheaper. Are they more dilute than the interior paints and/or contain compounds that are unsafe to have in the house? The tine of the fence paint I found downstairs is much more watery than interior paints that I have used - is this typical or due to it having been potentially watered down by the previous owners?
