Basic = limited knowledge of standards Good = understands standards and acceptable levels of workmanship 2. How satisfied were you with your building experience? Not = house was build but still has quality issues Somewhat = journey had many quality issues that required your constant attention Very = build went smoothly, minor issues didn't need your intervention to be rectified I'm trying to understand of those people that were really happy with their builds, did they have a good understanding of building standards and regulations and were they competent enough to pick up minor and major defects or they had basic building knowledge and the house was well built to their expectations.
