We've taken it to a few building companies, some won't touch it, others have had no problems There's a lot of similarities between houses of different project builders, and I'll bet even if you take your plans to a project builder, even if the house is primarily one of their own designs, but with modifications, they're likely to say no to what you want, at least until you tell them it is basically of one of their designs.
