I found that there are a few of nails not mailed to the joist, they are either go straight through the floorboardand not touch the joists or crooked. I guess these nails in the future may cause the floor making squeaky noises. My questions is : How much % of the missing nails are acceptable? Giving the problems we had, we are taking extra care. The builders still had no action on the big gaps from the concrete to the frame yet,we are waiting ... A carpenter who cannot do this is worthless.
