I've got a old 3x1 on a odd shaped 450m2 block with 14m frontage in Como WA (my investment property)
Ideally I want to demolish the house and build a nice 225m2 (or more) single level house to live in (and sell my current residence (also in Como) - but if the block is too difficult to get the layout we want I would consider selling.
A 'normal' layout with the garage at the front & living areas at the back is not what I want, to make the best use of the front yard (where the pool would be), I need to have the alfresco etc next to the garage.
Its zoned R20/30, whats a good way to get an indication of what we could do with it? Do I need to pay for a full feasibility study or will building companies do some initial layout work for free?
