What a great resource. It would be interesting to know how many building complaints end up in front of the QBCC compared to Victoria. What does the Queensland housing lobby have to say about complaints being listed? Are they only complaints that the QBCC have decided have merit or any complaints? Sorry, just had another look and it doesnt list complaints, but it does list disciplinary record such as tribunal disciplinary orders, recorded offences, record of exclusions, record of permanent exclusions, record of bans, record of disqualification, record of infringement notices and demerit points.
