Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 21, 2015 7:12 pm Hi I've got a telstra joint PVC pipe where I'd like to run my concrete driveway it's on the road verge. Wondering if anyone has had dealings with these can a metal lid just be installed where the pipe would come through the driveway or does it have to be moved out of the way? If so does anybody have any rough prices? Cheers. Re: Telstra joint 2Jan 24, 2015 1:24 am Hi mate Is the conduit coming from main pit on verge? If so this is a starter pipe the developer comms contractor installs for easy connection to new house. This will have a end cap on it correct? If you are not planning on having a connection to the house then this can be redirected to a garden bed or somewhere accessible. _____________________________________ Building in Bedfordale Perth WA https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89716 Churchman Brook Electrical Services EC 8659 Re: Telstra joint 3Jan 27, 2015 9:15 pm No it's just a joint (very large cable) it's under a PVC pipe roughly 150mm diameter. Control joints may reduce ugly cracking during periods of soil… 3 9857 Hi all I need a guidance on how far I need to space expansion joints in the concrete driveway and its type (keyway/foam.)
