Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 10, 2014 2:50 pm Today i put down a deposit on the Spencer from the new Direct 10 range from Sekisui House and found the whole process so easy, its just a simple home, nothing too over the top and but has everything me and my husband need to start our family. The sales consultant David Woods made the experience so easy and fun and he explained everything along the way in detail and even put up some silly questions i may have had! He didnt try to upgrade me, i dont think he really needed to anyways because the inclusions were better than expected, and there wasnt any hidden costs beside site costs and flooring - which is standard ive learnt. There was no colour appointment or charge because i got to choose from 5 pre selected colour schemes for the exterior and interior that his colour consultant has put together specific for this new range. My land titles in late Jan and so we are now expecting to be on site first of Feb so im pretty excited about that! Thanks David Woods, me and hubby cant wait to start a family in our new home!" We're going for a Modified Oleria Building in Moncrieff, ACT Builder: Sekisui House Initial Deposit: Dec, 2014 - Infinity Upgrades and Air Con Re: SEKISUI HOUSE 6Jan 08, 2015 3:50 pm oh very nice, what changes did you make and were they happy to do them for you and did they cost an arm and a leg to do them?? The home I chose was from their new Direct 10 Collection which doesn't allow for changes which is cool with me because that just means we can get to site a lot quicker Re: SEKISUI HOUSE 7Jan 28, 2015 11:49 am I would just like to update you all and let you know that I have been told that the builders will be on site 10th Feb!!! so hopefully will be fully completed by mid May! Re: SEKISUI HOUSE 8Jan 28, 2015 4:55 pm wow that's great! so quick! So is the Direct 10 range mean no changes but super fast build? (I assume so). Re: SEKISUI HOUSE 9Jan 30, 2015 3:52 pm yeah that's right.. it just means they can get to site a lot quicker rather than have your paper work held up with council and so forth, apparently when there are changes to the floor plan it has to pass through, drafting and then council and that's what delays the process I've been told I guess it cuts out all the red tape Hi, This is my first post.
