There is stormwater? pipe sticking out on the other side where the agpipe ends. Here are my questions: 1) Could I modify the current pipe sticking out or do I need a plumber (I can DIY, just concerned about the legalities) ? My plan is to stick a drainage pit on top of it and also run a pipe across and stick another drainage pit and connect it where the agpipe ends. Which leads to my next question. 2) From my brief research, I cannot run the end of the ag pipe direct to the stormwater pipe so I will stick a drainage pit as mentioned above. Am I correct? (not sure if 'drainage pit' is the correct term) I'm thinking of using the Reln stormwater pit, but i am concerned that these will be the perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. Could anyone suggest a better solution/product? This is the drainage I am planning to get: http://www.reln.com.au/Products/Nviro_Pit.aspx 3) Would I need council approval for modifying the current stormwater pipe?
