We are thinking to transfer it to someone else. A Real Estate agent is happy to find potential new nominees for us. Of course, some considerable amount of charge is involved. I am wondering if we could transfer it to someone else for a profit. I have asked different persons and got different answers. Estate agent says OK, but my conveyer says no. It is very confusing.
