Subfloor Finding: Retaining wall - defective Information: The retaining wall is leaning or is otherwise affected by defects. Generally this form of defect is caused by factors like poor original design and material on through to substandard construction and unmanaged stormwater flows affecting footings. Wall runs full length of front and side , 15-20m long .
