We are looking to build a large single floor home on a farm east of Perth – we have plans drawn. Floor area (living) is about 390sqm. Was wondering if anyone knew of any large (single floor) display homes in Perth that were at least over 300sqm so we can get some feel for the final size of the house (we have a good feel of each room size, but would like to see whole house).

consider putting in wall WC instead of robe in the same bedroom, then it might be doable to hook up to the existing piping.
