Hi to Everyone
First Post.
We employed a house designer to come up with the Floor plan, Working drawings, Energy assessment, Footing & Slab design. Each of these 4 areas are separately costed.
He is now saying that the electrical plan was not included in the working drawings, or floor plan and is an extra chargeable item.
Fool me for not making this explicit but I haven't heard of a designer making the electrical plan a separate item.
Are there peeps on here that have used designers and were charged extra for the electrical plan or was it an incorporated part of the fee structure.
Thanks.
