Yeah I don't like their doubles, & I love the pantry in the Luna! I like how the Barkly's ensuite has the toilet seperate & wir in the second bdroom.. Haha! She's recommending them because of how great they've been with us! She was like I've never seen such a good conveyancing company.. Our land settlement is next week and our csc has applied for our building permit, so hopefully in the next few weeks we'll start construction.. Our little one is only 4 months so were going to enrol him into the school being built in Arnold's creek.. After we paid for they're services, we are continuously findind errors with the utilities and council documents. Not to mention the head aches they gave us leading up to settlement... Consumer Affairs are now involved. Re: conveyancer in melton any suggestions..thanks 9Oct 12, 2014 10:23 pm Amalfi_536 Stay clear of Calder Conveyancing. They haven't followed me up either as they knew they didn't do anything! What is it with people running substandard companies!? --- Re: conveyancer in melton any suggestions..thanks 10Oct 12, 2014 10:27 pm MyH1Login Amalfi_536 Stay clear of Calder Conveyancing. Our conveyamcer was constantly told we were not happy, but they insisted they where 100% professional. They even forgot to schedule a meeting with our bank, and then tried to tell us we had to pay penalties because of the delay. We found this out as we where family friends with the banker. Also qhat ** me off was no matter what time I tried to call them, the lady handling our transfer was never there. Not at 9am, not at 10 am, not at 2 pm and gone home by 4.30 every day. Was so annoying..... You may still have a case, but your next step is to speak to a lawyer. 3 1617 Hi, Looking to add an ensuite to one of the bedrooms and make it a Master BR. Please see the attached current floorplan.
