They even forgot to schedule a meeting with our bank, and then tried to tell us we had to pay penalties because of the delay. We found this out as we where family friends with the banker. Also qhat ** me off was no matter what time I tried to call them, the lady handling our transfer was never there. Not at 9am, not at 10 am, not at 2 pm and gone home by 4.30 every day. Was so annoying..... That is beyond frustration! I hope they lose their licence. I doubt they will, but I hope they improve after being contacted by consumer affairs. You may still have a case, but your next step is to speak to a lawyer. 3 1623 Hi, Looking to add an ensuite to one of the bedrooms and make it a Master BR. Please see the attached current floorplan.
