The actual size of the pergola is 20 square mtrs and has walls only on 2 sides. my block size is 525 square mtrs. im not sure if this requires me to get some sort of certificate as its not on my house plans ect. it is of a solid construction and id hate to have to remove it for any reason. is this excempt from a da approval in necastle nsw council. any help would be greatly appreciated cheers.. Just make sure it is structurally sound so that it does not collapse on anyone, & all will be fine. the neighbours are all used to it beign there, so no one will complain. I work with owner, he/she is my man on the ground and I instruct them when to visit the site and take photos and I have other tools in the bag. 4 15244 2 10973 |
