What to bring when meeting draftsperson/architect?

We are meeting with a draftsperson this week?

What should we prepare for this meeting? What should we bring?

Any suggestions would be appreciated as this is our first time building. Thanks.
Developer requirements, if any ( eg what is allowed on the estate re building materials, setbacks, any other relevant stuff will be in there...) Also copy of title, which will also show if there are any easements etc he/she needs to be aware of when planning the design.
As much information about your block as possible
A budget
Photos of houses you like.
A list of must haves
A list of one of nice to haves
A list of things you want to avoid
