Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 02, 2014 11:53 am Hi We are first time builders and I''ve been reading a lot of the posts on here but I'm still confused what the actual stages are. Currently we have a block of land and have started to approach builders to get an idea of what our money can buy us but that's as far as we have got. I think the thing that mostly confuses is me is "pre-start". How is this paid for? Do you need come up with the funds yourself for any changes/upgrades or can you add it to your contract so it's financed? If anyone knows of a guide that breaks down the steps, please let me know Thanks Re: Stages of Building 2Sep 02, 2014 12:32 pm If you want to know the various stages when costs go up you might find this link useful http://www.anewhouse.com.au/2013/03/fin ... -find-out/ The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get !
