There are literally hundreds of plans for simple three or four bedders out there. Stewie Quite simply, I've searched and searched and can't find a design that "fits" even with tweaking, mirroring the plan, etc. etc. So the projects I approached are saying it will be a custom build, which means they will add to the price. So I thought, why not start with custom builder? I need to maximise the views and build something that will not be overshadowed by a double storey which will be built to the right of me. Maybe it's a tall order (literally). Don't want to go two storey myself due to the budget. Thanks Kylie, I will have a look.
