On the flyer I have which shows the blocks of land for sale in the estate etc it shows behind us is going to be display homes. In this case do we still pay 1/2 of fencing costs or do the company of the display homes not normally worry about asking. Obviously I will need to ask the developer/land seller when it is not the weekend. Still best to ask, but I would imagine the land agent will just say it is included when in fact you have paid for it. The issue really comes down to the fact that the builder would have charged half the fence to the developer at the time as they didn't know who the owners name or address when the fence was put up.
