He gave me 2 sites to visit and I asked to enter the homes where I inspected his work and it looked fine, is that the standard price these days or am I getting ripped off? That sounds incredibly cheap worktime. We paid much more than that and they were only ceramic tiles 450 x 450. Have you asked at your local tiling shops what the going rate is?
