Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 04, 2014 3:19 pm hi guys i am soon to be removing the old storage tank in the laundry hot water service and having a rinnai infinite installed(by a licensed plumber i am just an apprentice) i am supplying everything and just had a few questions. do i need a tempering valve if the unit is pre set to 60deg and has a remote control temperature setter? and are we able to have the new unit installed out the far side of the house as we don't want it in our yard? the only problem is the bathroom and on-suite will be closer to the unit than the kitchen and laundry. or does it not matter as we have the remote control temp setter? the gas line does not need to be changed as we have also removed an old ducted heating unit thanks Re: Rinnai infinite 60deg questions 4Jul 05, 2014 3:04 pm if you haven't bought the unit yet have a look at the enviro.
