The only way to do this is to put a suspended concrete slab in place measuring about 10m x 12 (approx.. 120 sqm. in size). The property is a café/bar and the additional space will allow more patrons in. There is a slight slope, and the slab would need to be about 2.5 meters high (there is a large drop off from the rear of the shop to the ground). Is it possible to estimate a ball-park figure for a suspended slab this size? I know it is costly but any additional information would be great. Cheers, Rob.
