I'm at the stage of shortly installing the exterior metal wall clad - about 10 metres long. Now, this wall is fire rated 60/60/60 which is fine, I will have firestop plasterboard followed by the metal zincalum clad. I have done a fair bit of searching and read through the Lysaght products and Stratco, multiclad, panelrib etc... It's hard for me to tell over the internet which ones are generally better for a residential wall. Are some flimsy or just not great quality for a wall? Now, because this wall is adjoining the neighbours property (half metre out) I don't care much for the design/pattern - any long lasting clad will do! Does anyone have recommendations for a type of zincalum I should install? or have experiences of metal wall cladding they have used? I'm after a cost effective and ease of install product rather than stylish. Anyhow, if anyone can provide some recommendations, much appreciated! Thanks. Re my second point – yes exactly.
