Plumber have come and replaced hoses and put some seals around the sink. The house was 5 years old and I was under the impression that typical plumbing issues (such as leaking tap etc) is under normal owner maintenance responsibility. Am I wrong? Since I already had plumber working on the sink.. does it mean I'm stuffed and can't claim warranty? What if the leak is inside the wall/underneath the vanity where the plumber have never access, would this be under warranty still?
