My tickets didn't arrive on time so I'm looking for the promo code too. Homeone didn't work on the promo code cell to buy tix.

Your tickets were mailed yesterday. They should hopefully arrive tomorrow.

If not, we can arrange to have you collect your tickets at the door.

The promo code ceases to work after the commencement of the show.

Thanks home one. I was a bit late in requesting them so wasnt sure if they'd arrive today. I'm heading to the show in a few hours so would be great to collect at the door if that is possible.

All tickets were mailed either late last week and early this week so you should've received these by now.

Given that you have not received these double passes we can request to have your name added to the door though keep in mind, the door list has already been submitted so this is not a guarantee of free door entry for two.

That said, we'll give it a go and wish you all the best in attending for free.

My apologies, it's twice in Melbourne and once in Sydney.

If you're in Melbourne between 14 - 17 August feel free to request a free double pass to that event!

It's a pity KateTodd and TeamChicken that your tickets hadn't arrived. Tuesday was the day of the last mailout which provides at least 2 - 3 days for the postal service to have them delivered on time.

Unfortunately, there's not too much we can do on a Friday late afternoon, however be sure to remind us next event and we'll be happy to post off an additional double pass to each of you.
