We plan to renovate bathroom, so wondering if we can put the current PC items ( Bathtub, Vanity, Toilet Suit) to sell on gumtree or ebay etc? What do most people do with such PC items which are still in good condition and can be reused?

You can try, but most likely get very little, if anything for it when new items are so cheap these days.
I suppose if you're changing it, it can't be too new, and a large part of the expense of renovating is the labour, so people will just buy new to get it exactly how they want it.

What you are looking at is fibrous plaster, true gypsum, it is cast on horizontal beds with fibers included to give strength. I has no Asbestos in it. Houses before 1985…
