Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 25, 2014 9:35 am Hi there, first time poster here. I've worked on a few reno projects with my brothers over the years and an issue we came across a couple times was getting contractors to finish a job in a timely manner, once a deposit had been paid and finishing to our standards, we'd find ourselves doing finishing touches. This is fine if you have the time and skill, but not everyone does. As an engineer turned web developer, I've built a tool that will help ensure contractors; tradies, designers, etc complete the job to the customers standard and incentivise them to get the job done in an expedient manner. I'm are doing some research to make sure I'm not barking up the wrong tree. https://paycrow.wufoo.com/forms/getting-what-you-paid-for-for-customers/ This survey will take about a minute, one page, ten questions, multiple choice. I appreciate anyone taking time to complete it. I'm part of a Melbourne based startup and have contacted the forum admin asking permission to post here - in the spirit of Australian entrepreneurship, I've taken no response too mean no problem. This survey will help us to ensure our product is addressing real issues and be something that will help people. Thanks Re: Getting what you pay for with tradies 2Apr 30, 2014 7:09 am I'd like to thank everyone who took our survey. It's really helped with giving us a more definite direction.
