Hi all have posted about this before and just an update , i have had problems with under slab sewer for many years since building new house over this time ( 7 Years ) the plumber has attempted to repair this but failed, The PIC inspector has now looked at our under slab videos etc and deemed there is a large amount of work required as the system in non compliant.
1 Incorrect use of square junctions
2 Flat sections of drain
3 Several indentations in pipe work
He has however raised a concern that the 6 year warranty period has expired but will be seeking additional compliance cirt's from repair work carried out that were not supplied and hopefully this will extend the warranty as cirt can not be back dated, if this all fails is the the plumber still liable were it has been demonstrated over the last 7 years he has failed to fix the problem from laying a non compliant sewer system in the first instance, after having many attemps to do so.
Thanks
