Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 05, 2014 11:19 pm We have a few Sliding Windows in our house (the bottom window slides up and the top window slides down at the same time). At the top of the bottom window pane there is a clear rubber strip that separates the two window panes and also serves as a window seal (i.e. to stop air / wind getting in between them). On a number of the windows the rubber strip has discoloured and I'd like to replace them. A side profile of the rubber looks like a U. Does anyone know where I could get these from? I've spent hours on the web trying to find something. Cheers and thanks, Warren. Re: Sliding Window Rubber 2Apr 09, 2014 7:00 am Have you contacted the manufacturer of your windows ? You would also probably get more replies if you posted this in the windows and door section viewforum.php?f=23 Stewie we have a standard size and often we have a lot of variety to choose 0 3558 Thanks Chippy,I do have one that I levered out. I'll try to find a brand name on the windows then do some searching. Here is a photo where you can see how worn they are. 2 7945 We are looking for sliding doors which are 5 metres tall.
