For this kind of info, I really recommend: (1) Joining the Alternative Technology Association (www.ata.org.au). It's $65 for an individual membership and that entitles you to free, unbiased, not-for-profit advice as well as discounts with many retailers. Their staff have a phenomenal range of knowledge about all things solar, as well as water conservation, insulation, windows, chook palaces and many other important matters! (2) Subscribing to Ecospecifier (www.ecospecifier.org), a database that once again gives you unbiased assessments of a huge range of products from an ecological viewpoint.
