It always goes to voicemail.. nearly every single time. Their main hotline always gets answered by a secretary, but once you signed the paperwork, it's nearly impossible to contact someone there for advice or help. My consultants have overwhelmingly been prompt in calling me back or replying to emails. My current build administrator pretty much always picks up. I wouldn't expect then to be able to answer very often because they're often speaking to other clients! Perhaps you should express your feelings to them directly? They get paid to see clients with face to face bookings which generally take hours.
