Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 03, 2014 4:28 pm Hi all, I have been trying to get an answer out of a few builders regarding the approximate price difference between rendered hebel and unrendered brick on a 24 square new home, I know hebel goes up a lot quicker then brick but being that the hebel needs to be rendered and painted with a few coats of paint I would have thought that brick would work out about the same price as I would leave the brick bare (unrendered), so has anyone done the research before on a previous build? The hebel would be external only. I finally got some info from some builders today and it depends who you ask as a lot of the bigger building company's charge more for hebel and some smaller company's are charging less so I guess it depends who you go with.
