We are yet to meet with a draftsperson to draw up the plan so asking this question before we get there. We found the facade of a house (not in Australia) that we absolutely love and haven't been able to see anything like it here. We have a picture of it and also a copy of the floor plan (which we don't like any aspect of) and wanted to know if we can have a similar facade as this and how much does this breach copyright??
