There are big metal gates on the bridge entrance, which mostly stay open on weekdays/nights. They do shut them on the weekends sometimes. But, you can park at the end of Trapper Court & cross the creek - or just walk along it till you get to the path along the train line and then the path connects up and you can just get in anyway!
